Children between 6-12 years: Apply 5 drops over the navel and stomach, spray the Digestive and Colon tincture in the mouth.

Children between 13-16 years: Same as adults.

Drink MMS an hour after your essential oil blends and Herbal Capsules. Use your Activated Charcoal & Diatomes 1 Capsule twice daily an hour after MMS .

If unable to use it internally, apply 5-10 drops over the navel and stomach.

We recommend using this blend with Hadassah’s Digestive and Colon herbal capsules and tincture, as well as probiotics, e.g. Rawbiotics GUT 1L, Beet Kvass, Kombucha Vinegar, and Neuro Tonic. You may also consider using the Digestive (ingestible), 10ml blend as necessary.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

All our blend’s come in a 30ml glass bottle, with a glass pipette and a rubber bulb on top. Don’t forget to buy empty veggie capsules when purchasing an ingestible blend. (Our veggie capsules are now available in 90’s and 150’s).

Never pre-fill capsules for future use, as this will compromise the veggie capsule and melt. Instead, always fill the capsules just before drinking it. (But if no other option, only prepare up to 3 days’ supply. You MUST then keep them upright in the refrigerator in a marked container; to know which blend it is filled with.)

Method – open the veggie capsule, then open your blend, squeeze and release the rubber bulb to draw the oil blend up into the glass pipette dropper. Then gently squeeze the rubber bulb to fill the larger part of the open capsule. Close the capsule before drinking it. Dosage is always a full capsule of a specific blend (between 15 to 18 drops).

If you have to drink more than one capsule a day, spread them throughout the day, never more than two capsules at a time. Spreading the capsules throughout the day assists the body with proper absorption. Always good to have a very small snack/fruit before drinking capsules.

Understanding Gut Function and Gut Health:

The gut, which includes the stomach, small intestine, and large intestine, plays a critical role in digestion, nutrient absorption, and waste elimination. Gut health refers to the balance of microorganisms (gut flora) and the integrity of the gut lining. A healthy gut ensures proper digestion, protects against pathogens, and communicates with the brain through the gut-brain axis.

Key Functions of the Gut:

1. Digestion and Nutrient Absorption: The gut breaks down food into smaller molecules that can be absorbed into the bloodstream, providing the body with essential nutrients.
2. Immune System Support: The gut contains about 70% of the immune system, playing a central role in protecting against harmful bacteria, viruses, and toxins.
3. Detoxification: The gut helps eliminate waste and toxins from the body through stool, ensuring metabolic waste products are excreted efficiently.
4. Gut-Brain Axis: The gut communicates with the brain through neural and hormonal pathways, influencing mood, cognitive function, and mental health.

Gut-Related Symptoms:

• Bloating
• Gas
• Indigestion
• Diarrhoea or constipation
• Abdominal pain
• Heartburn
• Food intolerances
• Fatigue and poor concentration (due to gut-brain connection)
• Skin issues like eczema or acne (often linked to gut imbalance)

Chronic Gut-Related Diseases:

• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): A functional disorder of the intestines causing bloating, pain, and altered bowel habits.
• Leaky Gut Syndrome: Damage to the gut lining allows toxins, bacteria, and undigested food particles to “leak” into the bloodstream, leading to inflammation.
• Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Includes Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, characterized by chronic inflammation in the gut.
• Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO): Excessive bacteria in the small intestine lead to bloating, diarrhoea, and nutrient malabsorption.
• Celiac Disease: An autoimmune disorder where ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine.

Biological Mechanism of the Blend:

This Gut Cleanse Blend addresses gut health through several biological mechanisms:

1. Gut Flora Balance: Antimicrobial ingredients like oregano, clove, and myrrh oils work to eliminate harmful bacteria, fungi, and parasites, promoting a balanced gut microbiome and preventing infections such as SIBO and Candida overgrowth.
2. Digestive Enhancement: Ingredients such as fennel, ginger, and aniseed oils stimulate the production of digestive enzymes and bile, improving digestion and nutrient absorption. This reduces symptoms like bloating, gas, and indigestion.
3. Anti-inflammatory Action: Frankincense, oregano, and juniper berry oils reduce inflammation in the gut by inhibiting pro-inflammatory enzymes and cytokines, alleviating chronic gut conditions such as IBS, IBD, and leaky gut syndrome.
4. Gut Lining Repair: Myrrh and frankincense oils promote the healing of the gut lining, reducing permeability and supporting recovery from conditions like leaky gut.
5. Detoxification Support: Lemon and juniper berry oils enhance liver function and promote the elimination of toxins through the digestive and urinary systems, supporting detoxification pathways.

Who Can Use This Blend:

• Individuals with Digestive Issues: Beneficial for individuals experiencing bloating, gas, indigestion, or heartburn.
• Patients with Chronic Gut Disorders: Relief for those suffering from IBS, IBD, leaky gut syndrome, or SIBO due to the anti-inflammatory, gut-healing, and antimicrobial properties of the blend.
