Pain Combo

Pain Blend

For joint and muscle pain, apply a moderate amount directly onto the affected area and massage gently until absorbed. Use 2-3 times daily.

For neuropathic pain, apply along the nerve pathway (e.g., sciatica, carpal tunnel) and massage lightly.

For tension headaches and migraines, apply a small amount to the temples, forehead, and back of the neck. Avoid contact with the eyes.

For sports recovery and muscle fatigue, massage sore muscles after exercise to promote circulation and recovery.

For arthritis, apply to joints and massage until absorbed, particularly before bedtime or after physical activity.

For back pain, apply over the spine.

Not suitable for children under 4 years old due to menthol and camphor content.

We recommend using this blend with Hadassah’s Pain Blend 30ml, 1 capsule daily, and applying the herbal Pain and Arthritis Cream 100ml 250ml as needed.

Castor Oil

Use topically on the skin and hair or as a base for pure essential oils.

Castor oil has powerful emollient and antimicrobial properties. It is beneficial for dry skin conditions and infections, including acne.

Its anti-inflammatory properties also make it an excellent massage base for treating pain and inflammation.

Moisturizing and nourishing for the skin, and it is often used to treat dry, cracked, or irritated skin. It is also used to help with conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Beneficial for the hair and is often used to promote hair growth, prevent hair loss, and improve the overall health of the hair.

Antimicrobial properties, which makes it useful for preventing infections and promoting wound healing.

Natural laxative used to relieve constipation and promote regular bowel movements.

Anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it useful for treating conditions such as arthritis and other types of joint pain.

Beneficial for the eyes and is often used to treat conditions such as dry eyes and conjunctivitis.

Antifungal properties, which make it useful for treating fungal infections such as athlete’s foot and ringworm.

Improve the appearance of scars by reducing redness and promoting collagen production.

Rich in linoleic, palmitic, stearic, and oleic acids protecting skin and hair.

Provides a protective barrier for the skin that can offer protection from conditions such as nappy rash.

Hexane Free.

Add to make your own lotions and creams, castor oil’s moisturising properties will leave your skin soft and hydrated.

Add a small amount to your shampoo to help treat dandruff.

Apply a very small amount of castor oil to the dry ends of your hair to treat split ends.

Use on eyebrows and eyelashes to promote growth but avoid contact with the eyes.

Pain, Headache and Migraine Herbal Capsules

Adults : 2-4 capsules 3 times daily

Children 6-12 years : 1 Capsule daily

Children 13-16 years : 1 Capsule twice daily

Headache and Migraine Herbal Tincture :

20 minutes before meals (1 Spray = 4 drops)

Adults: 6-10 Sprays in the mouth, 3 times daily.

Children between 4-12 years: 2 Sprays, or 8 drops in the mouth, 3 times daily.

Children between 13-16 years: The same as adults.

Empty Veggie Capsules

Vegicaps can be filled manually with essential oils via a pipette or dropper.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

All our blend’s come in a 30ml glass bottle, with a glass pipette and a rubber bulb on top. Don’t forget to buy empty veggie capsules when purchasing an ingestible blend. (Our veggie capsules are now available in 90’s and 150’s).

Never pre-fill capsules for future use, as this will compromise the veggie capsule and melt. Instead, always fill the capsules just before drinking them. (But if there is no other option, only prepare up to 3 days’ supply. You MUST then keep them upright in the refrigerator in a marked container; to know which blend it is filled with.)

Method – open the veggie capsule, then open your blend, squeeze, and release the rubber bulb to draw the oil blend up into the glass pipette dropper. Gently squeeze the rubber bulb to fill the larger part of the open capsule. Close the capsule before drinking it. Dosage is always a full capsule of a specific blend (between 15 to 18 drops) unless otherwise instructed.

If you must drink more than one capsule of other blends as well in a day, always spread them throughout the day, never more than two capsules at a time. Spreading the capsules throughout the day assists the body with proper absorption. Always good to have a very small snack/fruit before drinking capsules.

Inflammation Blend

Drink 1 capsule of the Inflammation Blend, once a day, for systemic inflammation.

You may also topically apply this blend over a specific area.

Drink capsules 20 minutes before meals. For those with a sensitive stomach, drink capsules half an hour to an hour, after a meal, for optimal absorption.

Adults: 2-4 Capsules, 3 times, daily.

Children between 6-12 years: 1 Capsule, daily.

Children between 13-16 years: 1 Capsule, twice, daily. (Start with one capsule and gradually increase to 2 capsules)

Pain Adult Roll-on

Application Zones:

Directly over the painful muscle or joint.
Along the spine or neck (for back or tension headaches).
Over lower abdomen (for menstrual cramping).
On temples or base of the skull (for headache relief – avoid eyes).

Frequency:

Apply every 4–6 hours as needed.
For chronic pain, use 2–3 times daily consistently over multiple weeks.
May be applied before or after physical activity to prevent or relieve soreness.

Method:

Roll onto clean, dry skin.
Gently massage in circular motions to promote absorption.
Wash hands after application to avoid unintentional transfer to eyes or mucosa.
