Application Zones:

• Directly over the painful muscle or joint.
• Along the spine or neck (for back or tension headaches).
• Over lower abdomen (for menstrual cramping).
• On temples or base of the skull (for headache relief – avoid eyes).

Frequency:

• Apply every 4–6 hours as needed.
• For chronic pain, use 2–3 times daily consistently over multiple weeks.
• May be applied before or after physical activity to prevent or relieve soreness.

Method:

• Roll onto clean, dry skin.
• Gently massage in circular motions to promote absorption.
• Wash hands after application to avoid unintentional transfer to eyes or mucosa.
