Menopause is a point in time 12 months after a woman’s last period. The years leading up to that point, when women may have changes in their monthly cycles, hot flashes, or other symptoms, are called the menopausal transition or perimenopause. The menopausal transition most often begins between ages 45 and 55.

Topically apply the Menopause roller over the neck, lower stomach and lower back during the day.
Hot flushes – dilute 5 drops each of Clary Sage 5ml 10ml, Roman Chamomile 5ml 10ml and Peppermint 5ml 10ml with 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage it onto your body. Also, add these oils to a bath by mixing these oils with Epsom salts, before adding to bath water, for better absorption.
