Apply 20 drops over the spine, before bed, to treat the central nervous system. Apply 20 – 30 drops over the legs and underneath the feet, as necessary.

Avoid during the first trimester of pregnancy and when breastfeeding (contains Peppermint).

Do a patch test before using it on a larger area of the skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or other discomfort occurs.

Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas, if contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Not suitable for use in a diffuser, only undiluted pure essential oils may be used in a diffuser.
