It is important to ensure healthy eating and consuming enough clean water. Remove sugars and carbohydrates from your diet.
Drink 1 capsule, each Gut Cleanse, Weight Loss, and Blood Sugar Support Blend, once a day.
Drink 2-4 capsules of the Fat Burner Herbal Capsules, three times a day, 30 minutes before a meal.
