Immune boosting juice – extract the juice of 1 bell pepper, 1 head/stem of broccoli, and 1 cucumber. Mix the juice in a blender with 1 to 2 drops of lemon, orange, and ginger and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops in total, at a time, unless otherwise advised.
