Apply underneath the feet and over the spine to lower fever.

If the fever does not break within an hour and is higher than 40 degrees Celsius, seek medical assistance.

Avoid during the first trimester of pregnancy and while breastfeeding (contains peppermint).

It’s best to do a patch test before using it on a larger area of the skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or other discomfort occurs.

Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas, if contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Not suitable for use in a diffuser, only undiluted pure essential oils may be used in a diffuser.
