Application Areas:
• Lower abdomen (especially over colon and intestines).
• Sides of the abdomen (ascending and descending colon).
• Lower back and sacral region (enteric nerve roots).
• Soles of feet (digestive reflex zones for children or sensitive
individuals).
Frequency:
• 2–3 times daily during symptomatic phases.
• May be used daily for prevention in chronic constipation.
• Combine with abdominal massage for enhanced results.
Method:
• Roll directly onto skin and massage in clockwise circular motions
for 2–5 minutes, especially around the navel and along the colon’s
path.
• Use after meals or before bedtime for best results.
• For children: apply only to feet or back; avoid abdomen if sensitive.

We recommend using the roll-on as an add on with Gut cleanse
blend 30 ml and Constipation blend 30 ml daily.

Do not apply over inflamed skin, open wounds, mucosal tissue or
eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
