DISEASE RECOVERY BLEND 30ML
Disease Recovery Blend is a concentrated botanical formulation created for periods when the body has been placed under significant physical stress and requires additional support during recovery.
Rather than focusing on one isolated botanical, Disease Recovery brings together aromatic plants traditionally associated with inflammation, oxidative stress, physical discomfort, circulation, respiratory wellness, digestion, immune wellness and tissue recovery.
The formulation has been created around an important principle:
Recovery is not one biological process.
Following illness or periods of physical stress, the body may be dealing simultaneously with fatigue, inflammatory signalling, oxidative stress, disrupted appetite and digestion, muscular discomfort, poor sleep and a general feeling that normal vitality has not yet returned.
Disease Recovery was developed as a broad botanical support blend for this recovery period.
It is intended to complement appropriate medical care, nutrition, hydration, sleep and recovery—not replace them.
DISEASE RECOVERY BLEND 30ML
TOPICAL DIRECTIONS
Apply a small amount to the desired area and gently massage into intact skin.
Suitable areas may include the back, shoulders, arms, legs, feet or areas of muscular discomfort.
Avoid the face, eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin and sensitive areas.
Because the formulation contains potent spice oils including clove and cinnamon, a patch test should be performed before broader application.
Discontinue use if burning, significant redness, rash or irritation develops.
Wash hands after application and before touching the eyes.
INTERNAL USE
Drink one capsule filled daily – can use up to 2/3 capsule a day if needed.
All our blend’s come in a 30ml glass bottle, with a glass pipette and a rubber bulb on top. Don’t forget to buy empty veggie capsules when purchasing an ingestible blend. (Our veggie capsules are now available in 90’s and 150’s).
Never pre-fill capsules for future use, as this will compromise the veggie capsule and melt. Instead, always fill the capsules just before drinking it. (But if no other option, only prepare up to 3 days’ supply. You MUST then keep them upright in the refrigerator in a marked container; to know which blend it is filled with.)
Method – open the veggie capsule, then open your blend, squeeze and release the rubber bulb to draw the oil blend up into the glass pipette dropper. Then gently squeeze the rubber bulb to fill the larger part of the open capsule. Close the capsule before drinking it. Dosage is always a full capsule of a specific blend (between 15 to 18 drops).
If you have to drink more than one capsule a day, spread them throughout the day, never more than two capsules at a time. Spreading the capsules throughout the day assists the body with proper absorption. Always good to have a very small snack/fruit before drinking capsules.
DISEASE RECOVERY BLEND 30ML
Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, preparing for surgery, or living with liver, kidney, bleeding, seizure or other significant medical conditions.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not apply to the eyes or mucous membranes.

DISEASE RECOVERY BLEND 30ML
Disease Recovery Blend is a concentrated botanical formulation created for periods when the body has been placed under significant physical stress and requires additional support during recovery.
This complex blend combines Frankincense, Helichrysum italicum, Myrrh, Lavender, Black Spruce, Copaiba, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon, Rosemary, Sweet Orange, Holy Basil, Clove and Cinnamon in an olive-oil base.
THE RECOVERY APPROACH
Recovery does not end simply because the acute phase of an illness has passed.
The body may still require time and nourishment to restore normal function.
Disease Recovery has therefore been formulated around several areas of supportive care:
Inflammatory balance
Inflammation is an essential part of the body’s normal defence and repair response. Problems arise when inflammatory signalling becomes excessive or remains elevated longer than necessary.
Many aromatic plant compounds are being investigated for their effects on inflammatory pathways.
Oxidative-stress support
During illness and physical stress, production of reactive oxygen species can increase. Antioxidant defence systems help maintain the balance between oxidation and cellular protection.
Several botanicals represented in Disease Recovery have been investigated for antioxidant activity.
Physical recovery
Muscles, joints and connective tissues can feel particularly vulnerable during periods of recovery.
The topical application of the blend provides an additional way to use its aromatic botanical components over areas of muscular or joint discomfort.
Restoring vitality
Disease Recovery also contains warming spices, citrus oils, herbs and resins traditionally associated with vitality, circulation, digestion and general wellbeing.
The objective is not to artificially force the body.
The objective is to support the environment in which normal recovery can take place.
FRANKINCENSE
Inflammatory & Recovery Support
Frankincense forms one of the central resinous components of Disease Recovery.
Boswellia has attracted considerable scientific attention because compounds obtained from the resin demonstrate activity involving inflammatory signalling pathways.
Research into Boswellia preparations has investigated mechanisms involving leukotrienes, cyclooxygenase pathways, oxidative stress and immune-cell signalling.
This makes frankincense an important botanical within the recovery philosophy of this formulation.
It is important to understand, however, that much of the strongest human research concerns Boswellia resin extracts and boswellic-acid preparations, rather than frankincense essential oil itself.
Within Disease Recovery, frankincense is therefore best described as a traditional and scientifically interesting botanical for inflammatory balance and general recovery support.
HELICHRYSUM ITALICUM
Tissue & Skin Recovery
Helichrysum italicum is one of the premium botanicals selected for this formulation.
It has a long-standing reputation in European herbal and aromatic practice, particularly in topical preparations intended for stressed or compromised skin and areas experiencing physical discomfort.
Within Disease Recovery, Helichrysum contributes primarily to the topical recovery and skin-support component of the formulation.
It combines especially well with frankincense, lavender, copaiba and myrrh in a botanical massage application.
MYRRH
Ancient Resin for Protective Botanical Support
Myrrh is one of the world’s oldest recorded medicinal aromatic resins.
Its complex sesquiterpene-rich chemistry has generated scientific interest around antioxidant, antimicrobial and inflammatory pathways.
Within Disease Recovery, myrrh contributes a deep resinous foundation and complements frankincense as part of the blend’s broader protective and restorative botanical profile.
TURMERIC
Inflammation & Oxidative-Stress Research
Turmeric is one of the most extensively researched medicinal plants associated with inflammatory and oxidative pathways.
Human clinical research on turmeric and particularly curcumin preparations has reported effects on several inflammatory and oxidative-stress biomarkers.
This is important scientifically, but it also requires an important distinction:
Turmeric essential oil is not the same preparation as curcumin.
Curcumin is a non-volatile constituent of turmeric and is not equivalent to distilled turmeric essential oil.
Disease Recovery therefore includes turmeric as part of its broader aromatic botanical formulation, while the extensive clinical evidence for curcumin should not be interpreted as direct proof that turmeric essential oil produces identical clinical effects.
GINGER
Warming Recovery Support
Ginger has centuries of traditional medicinal use and considerable modern scientific interest.
Clinical research using ginger preparations has investigated its influence on inflammatory biomarkers, digestion, nausea and other aspects of health.
Within Disease Recovery, ginger contributes a warming and stimulating botanical character.
It complements turmeric, cinnamon and clove particularly well, creating the warming spice component of the recovery formula.
COPAIBA
Comfort & Inflammatory-Balance Support
Copaiba is rich in sesquiterpenes, particularly compounds such as beta-caryophyllene depending on the species and oil composition.
It has generated considerable interest for inflammatory and comfort-related applications.
Copaiba is especially relevant to the topical use of Disease Recovery over muscles and joints.
Although laboratory research is promising, human clinical evidence remains comparatively limited, so copaiba should be understood as supportive rather than a proven treatment for inflammatory disease.
LAVENDER
Calm, Rest & Topical Comfort
Recovery requires more than addressing physical discomfort.
The body also needs rest.
Lavender provides a softer aromatic dimension within this otherwise powerful resin, herb and spice formulation.
It is widely used aromatically in relaxation-focused preparations and is also commonly incorporated into topical skin and massage formulations.
Within Disease Recovery, lavender helps balance the intensity of clove, cinnamon, ginger, rosemary and the resins.
It represents an important principle of recovery:
Rest is part of restoration.
HOLY BASIL
Adaptogenic Herbal Tradition
Holy basil, also known as Tulsi, occupies an important place in traditional herbal medicine.
It has been studied for antioxidant, inflammatory and stress-related biological activity.
Within Disease Recovery, Holy Basil contributes to the formulation’s broader focus on resilience during periods of physical stress and recovery.
ROSEMARY
Vitality, Circulation & Aromatic Stimulation
Rosemary is a powerful aromatic herb traditionally associated with circulation, muscular massage, mental alertness and vitality.
Its volatile constituents have also been studied for antioxidant and antimicrobial activity.
Within Disease Recovery, rosemary contributes to the stimulating and revitalising side of the formulation, particularly when the blend is used topically as a massage oil.
CLOVE
Powerful Aromatic Spice
Clove contains high concentrations of eugenol, depending on the oil’s chemotype and quality.
Eugenol has been extensively investigated experimentally for antioxidant, antimicrobial, analgesic and inflammatory activity.
This makes clove an exceptionally powerful aromatic ingredient—but also one that requires respect because concentrated clove oil can irritate skin and excessive oral exposure can be toxic.
Its inclusion gives Disease Recovery considerable aromatic intensity and contributes to the warming botanical profile of the formulation.
CINNAMON
Warming Botanical Support
Cinnamon contributes another powerful warming spice dimension.
Its volatile constituents have been investigated experimentally for antioxidant, antimicrobial and inflammatory activity.
Because cinnamon essential oil can also be irritating to skin and mucous membranes, it is incorporated into a carrier-oil formulation rather than intended for undiluted application.
BLACK SPRUCE
Forest Aromatic & Respiratory Wellness
Black Spruce contributes a fresh coniferous character that changes the overall profile of Disease Recovery.
Traditionally, conifer oils have been incorporated into aromatic preparations for respiratory comfort, massage and general vitality.
Its fresh forest aroma also provides an important counterpoint to the heavier resins and warming spices.
LEMON & SWEET ORANGE
Citrus Antioxidant & Uplifting Aromatic Support
Lemon and sweet orange provide the bright citrus component of Disease Recovery.
Citrus essential oils contain volatile compounds—often including substantial amounts of limonene—that are being studied for numerous biological activities.
Aromatically, citrus also prevents the formulation from becoming excessively heavy.
During a difficult recovery period, this gives the blend a fresher, brighter aromatic character.
WHY THESE OILS ARE COMBINED
Disease Recovery is not based around one “miracle” ingredient.
Its formulation has been designed in layers.
THE RESIN LAYER
Frankincense • Myrrh • Copaiba
Supports the deep, grounding and inflammatory-balance character of the blend.
THE RESTORATIVE LAYER
Helichrysum • Lavender
Supports topical skin and tissue care and brings softness to the formula.
THE SPICE LAYER
Turmeric • Ginger • Clove • Cinnamon
Creates warming botanical intensity and contributes antioxidant and inflammatory-pathway interest.
THE HERBAL LAYER
Holy Basil • Rosemary
Supports the vitality and resilience character of the blend.
THE FOREST & CITRUS LAYER
Black Spruce • Lemon • Sweet Orange
Provides fresh aromatic support and balances the deeper resins and spices.
THE CARRIER
Olive Oil
Provides the lipid base that dilutes the concentrated aromatic oils and allows the blend to be applied topically.
Together, these components create a broad-spectrum botanical recovery formula rather than a single-purpose essential-oil blend.
WHAT DISEASE RECOVERY IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT
Disease Recovery has been formulated as complementary botanical support during periods of physical recovery, particularly where the individual is looking for support around:
Normal inflammatory balance • Oxidative-stress defence • Muscular and joint comfort • Topical tissue and skin care • Rest and relaxation • General vitality • Aromatic respiratory comfort • Recovery following periods of physical stress
It should not be represented as a treatment for cancer, autoimmune disease, infection, organ disease or any other specific medical condition.
Likewise, the blend should never be used to delay medical assessment when symptoms are persistent, severe or worsening.
