Add 5 drops for adults and 2 drops for young children of this blend in an ultrasonic diffuser, during the day and night.
Steam Inhalation Adults: Add 3–5 drops (and for young children,2 drops) of the COVID Steam Diffuser Oil into a bucket of hot water. Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops in total, at a time, unless otherwise advised.
