Application Zones:

• Lower abdomen (directly over ovaries — midway between pubic bone and hip bone)
• Lower back (sacral area, L4-L5 vertebrae)
• Inner thighs (to assist lymphatic drainage from pelvic organs)

Frequency:

• Apply twice daily (morning and evening) for hormonal support and ovarian tissue regulation
• Use consistently throughout the cycle; for fertility support, continue through follicular phase (day 1–14)
• In chronic ovarian conditions, continued application over at least 3 months recommended for tissue-level effects

Method:

• Roll directly onto clean skin in small circles
• Massage gently for 1–2 minutes to stimulate microcirculation and lymphatic drainage
• Pair with hydration and light pelvic exercises to further enhance perfusion
