INTIMACY BLEND 30ML

INTIMACY BLEND 30ML

Drink after a meal, not before.

Adults: Drink 1 capsule daily in the evening.

Topical application: Apply 2-3 drops between the thighs (upper legs) or over the lower abdomen (navel area). Massage gently.

Inhalation: Place a drop on your palms, rub them together, and deeply inhale.

We recommend using this blend with Hadassah’s Frankincense and Myrrh (30ml) blend vaginally as necessary. Drink 1 capsule of the Hormone Balance blend. Refer to the Libido (sexual dysfunction male and female) herbal capsules, if relevant. In the event of previous sexual trauma, diffuse the Trauma (10ml) while sleeping.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

All our blend’s come in a 30ml glass bottle, with a glass pipette and a rubber bulb on top. Don’t forget to buy empty veggie capsules when purchasing an ingestible blend. (Our veggie capsules are now available in 90’s and 150’s).

Never pre-fill capsules for future use, as this will compromise the veggie capsule and melt. Instead, always fill the capsules just before drinking it. (But if no other option, only prepare up to 3 days’ supply. You MUST then keep them upright in the refrigerator in a marked container; to know which blend it is filled with.)

Method – open the veggie capsule, then open your blend, squeeze and release the rubber bulb to draw the oil blend up into the glass pipette dropper. Then gently squeeze the rubber bulb to fill the larger part of the open capsule. Close the capsule before drinking it. Dosage is always a full capsule of a specific blend (between 15 to 18 drops).

If you have to drink more than one capsule a day, spread them throughout the day, never more than two capsules at a time. Spreading the capsules throughout the day assists the body with proper absorption. Always good to have a very small snack/fruit before drinking capsules.

Active Ingredients and Biological Mechanisms

1. Lavender Oil

• Active Compounds: Linalool, linalyl acetate
• Biological Action: Lavender promotes relaxation by modulating the central nervous system (CNS). Its active compounds bind to GABA receptors in the brain, reducing stress and anxiety. This effect can improve sexual arousal, as stress is a common inhibitor of libido. Lavender also improves blood flow to the pelvic region, enhancing natural lubrication.

2. Ylang-ylang Oil

• Active Compounds: Germacrene D, linalool
• Biological Action: Ylang-ylang acts as an aphrodisiac by enhancing dopamine release, the neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and desire. Its vasodilatory properties improve circulation to reproductive organs, enhancing sensitivity and responsiveness. Ylang-ylang also helps to balance testosterone and estrogen levels, supporting hormonal health.

3. Frankincense Oil

• Active Compounds: Boswellic acids, alpha-pinene
• Biological Action: Frankincense has anti-inflammatory and hormone-modulating effects. It supports the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, which regulates stress and hormonal production. By reducing systemic inflammation and stress, frankincense supports libido and vaginal health, promoting tissue repair and hydration.

4. Sweet Orange Oil

• Active Compounds: Limonene, myrcene
• Biological Action: Sweet orange oil boosts mood by increasing serotonin levels in the brain. It also enhances blood flow to the pelvic region, supporting arousal. Additionally, its antioxidant properties protect vaginal tissues from oxidative stress, which can impair natural lubrication and elasticity.

5. Clary Sage Oil

• Active Compounds: Sclareol, linalyl acetate
• Biological Action: Clary sage has a direct influence on estrogen production by mimicking natural estrogens in the body. This phytoestrogenic activity is particularly beneficial for women experiencing vaginal dryness due to menopause or hormonal fluctuations. It also helps to regulate the menstrual cycle and alleviate PMS-related sexual discomfort.

6. Geranium Rose Oil

• Active Compounds: Citronellol, geraniol
• Biological Action: Geranium rose supports hormonal balance by influencing adrenal gland function. It promotes estrogen regulation and improves vaginal tissue health. Additionally, geranium enhances blood flow to reproductive organs and reduces dryness by promoting cellular hydration and repair.

7. Olive Oil (Carrier)

• Active Compounds: Oleic acid, squalene, polyphenols
• Biological Action: Olive oil provides a nourishing base for the essential oils, enhancing their absorption. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and supports skin and mucous membrane hydration. Olive oil’s emollient qualities improve comfort during application, supporting natural lubrication.

INTIMACY BLEND 30ML

The Intimacy Blend address challenges related to sexual health and intimacy, including vaginal dryness, hormonal imbalances, and reduced libido. This product supports natural lubrication, enhances hormonal regulation, and promotes relaxation and arousal, facilitating a healthier sexual experience.

Vaginal dryness is primarily caused by a decline in estrogen levels, which can occur due to menopause, perimenopause, breastfeeding, stress, or certain medical treatments (e.g., chemotherapy or hormonal medications). Estrogen is essential for maintaining the thickness, elasticity, and natural lubrication of the vaginal mucosa. When estrogen levels drop, the vaginal tissue becomes thinner, less elastic, and less capable of producing moisture, leading to discomfort, irritation, and pain during intercourse. Stress and hormonal imbalances in other systems, such as the adrenal or thyroid glands, can further exacerbate these symptoms by reducing overall hormonal stability and blood flow to the reproductive organs.

The Intimacy Blend directly addresses these underlying causes. Clary sage oil contains phytoestrogens, which mimic natural estrogen in the body, helping to restore hormonal balance and alleviate dryness. Ylang-ylang and geranium rose oils support adrenal and reproductive hormone regulation, enhancing overall estrogen and testosterone balance. Frankincense modulates the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis to reduce stress, a common factor in sexual dysfunction, while lavender soothes inflammation and promotes relaxation, improving blood flow and tissue hydration. Sweet orange and olive oil enhance pelvic circulation and provide antioxidant protection, aiding in the repair and hydration of the vaginal mucosa. Together, these oils restore vaginal health by addressing both the hormonal and structural components of vaginal dryness.

Trauma associated with sexual intercourse can arise from physical pain, past negative experiences, emotional stress, or medical conditions like vaginismus or vaginal dryness. These factors can lead to tension in the pelvic muscles, fear, and reduced blood flow to the reproductive organs, perpetuating a cycle of discomfort and anxiety. Pain and discomfort during intercourse are often exacerbated by insufficient lubrication, inflammation, or hypersensitivity of the vaginal tissues. Emotional trauma further heightens the body’s stress response, suppressing natural arousal mechanisms and exacerbating the physical symptoms.

The Intimacy Blend addresses these issues by promoting relaxation, reducing inflammation, and improving circulation. Lavender and frankincense calm the nervous system, mitigating the fear and stress response that can amplify physical discomfort. Ylang-ylang and geranium rose oils enhance blood flow to the pelvic region and release muscle tension, easing pain and discomfort. Clary sage’s phytoestrogenic properties restore hormonal balance, improving natural lubrication and reducing inflammation. Sweet orange uplifts mood and promotes emotional release, helping to dissolve the psychological barriers caused by trauma. Together, the blend fosters physical comfort, emotional healing, and a renewed sense of intimacy, creating a safer and more pleasurable experience during intercourse.
