Drink 1 capsule of the Frankincense Blend, as necessary.

If unable to use internally, apply on areas of pain and inflammation including blemished skin and painful joints.

Inhale (see below) to clear the nasal passageway, promote relief of congestion, and encourage easy breathing, enhance mood by diminishing feelings of stress and anxiety while improving concentration and memory.

Drip 2-3 drops of suggested essential oil or as otherwise directed, into the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules (rubbing will evaporate the oil), cup your hands around your mouth and nose and deeply inhale.

It’s best to do a patch test before using it on a larger area of the skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or other discomfort occurs.

Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas, if contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Not suitable for use in a diffuser, only undiluted pure essential oils may be used in a diffuser.
