FOCUS BLEND 30ML
DO NOT USE INTERNALLY.
The Focus Blend may be used through inhalation (see below).
This blend works well for children with ADHD symptoms. Apply to the spine, neck, and chest, in the morning. Use in conjunction with Brain or Memory blend in a diffuser (see below), during the day while studying.
This blend can also be used by adults/students to assist with focus through inhalation.
Drip 2-3 drops of suggested essential oil or as otherwise directed, into the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules (rubbing will evaporate the oil), cup your hands around your mouth and nose, and deeply inhale.
Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops in total, at a time, unless otherwise advised.
NOTE: Always use an ultrasonic diffuser (with a diffusing duration of at least 8 hours), to diffuse pure essential oils. Do not use a humidifier, air purifier, or a candle, as they only smell good and have no further effect. An electric, ultrasonic, diffuser dispenses essential oils into the air through vibrations of a plate which causes ultrasonic waves, creating microscopic particles of oils that disperse into the air. It, therefore, breaks open the essential oil volatile molecules, to have a medicinal effect in that it can penetrate through the blood-brain barrier. Keep out of children’s reach.
Avoid during the first trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding (contains Peppermint).
It’s best to do a patch test before using it on a larger area of the skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or other discomfort occurs.
Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas, if contact occurs, rinse well with water.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Not suitable for use in a diffuser, only undiluted pure essential oils may be used in a diffuser.
