FIBROMYALGIA ADULT ROLL-ON 10ML
This roll-on is formulated to support musculoskeletal, neurological, and systemic inflammatory balance in individuals suffering from fibromyalgia. It addresses the neuropathic pain mechanisms, central sensitization, peripheral muscle discomfort, and systemic oxidative stress that characterize this condition, offering symptomatic relief by targeting neuroinflammatory, nociceptive, and vascular pathways.
Application Zones:
- Neck and shoulders
- Lower back and spine
- Major muscle groups (thighs, calves, arms)
- Wrists and ankles (tendon insertions)
Frequency:
- Apply 2–4 times daily
- Best after warm showers or before rest periods to maximize muscle absorption
Method:
- Roll directly onto painful or stiff areas
- Massage gently for 1–2 minutes to assist transdermal absorption and improve circulation.
- May also be applied along the spine to support central nervous system modulation.
We recommend using the roll-on as a supportive therapy to our Full Fibromyalgia Protocol. DNA Protector Blend, Frankincense and Myrrh Blend, Pain Blend, Inflammation Blend, Spinal Therapy Blend are some of the most important to use.
For external use only
Avoid mucous membranes and open wounds
Perform a patch test before use to ensure no allergic reaction occurs.
Not a cure for fibromyalgia but a symptomatic support for daily management
Seek professional guidance for use during pregnancy or lactation
Avoid during the first trimester of pregnancy and while breastfeeding (contains peppermint).
Keep out of children’s reach.
Skin Sensitivity: Essential oils can cause skin irritation in some individuals. Discontinue use if irritation or allergic reactions occur.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight, to maintain the potency and effectiveness of the essential oils.
Not suitable for use in a diffuser; only undiluted pure essential oils may be used.

Primary Ingredients
·    Frankincense (Boswellia carterii)
- Key Compounds: α-pinene, Boswellic Acids
- Mechanism:
- Inhibits 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) and NF-κB, reducing chronic inflammatory signaling
- Modulates glial cell activation in the CNS, reducing neuroinflammation associated with central sensitization
- Clinical Effects: Reduces systemic inflammation and neuropathic pain hypersensitivity
·    Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
- Key Compounds: Curcumin
- Mechanism:
- Strong inhibition of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB), decreasing inflammatory cytokine production (e.g., TNF-α, IL-6)
- Potent antioxidant, protecting mitochondria and reducing oxidative stress involved in fibromyalgia pathology
- Clinical Effects: Reduces chronic muscle pain, fatigue, and oxidative mitochondrial dysfunction
·    Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
- Key Compounds: Linalool, Linalyl Acetate
- Mechanism:
- Central nervous system calming via GABA-A receptor modulation
- Reduces excitotoxic glutamate signaling in the brain linked to pain amplification.
- Clinical Effects: Lowers pain sensitivity, improves sleep disturbances, and reduces anxiety associated with fibromyalgia.
·    Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
- Key Compounds: Menthol, Menthone
- Mechanism:
- Activates TRPM8 receptors creating a cooling sensation that desensitizes nociceptive fibers.
- Mild voltage-gated sodium channel inhibition, dampening pain signal transmission.
- Clinical Effects: Rapid pain relief, local analgesia, reduces muscular and nerve pain.
·    Black Pepper (Piper nigrum)
- Key Compounds: Piperine
- Mechanism:
- Enhances microvascular perfusion to muscle tissues.
- Potentiates absorption of curcumin and other active compounds transdermally.
- Reduces inflammatory prostaglandin synthesis.
- Clinical Effects: Increases bioavailability of anti-inflammatory agents, supports vascular healing of muscle fibers.
·    Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
- Key Compounds: Apigenin, Bisabolol
- Mechanism:
- Inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) pathways and reduces systemic inflammatory markers.
- Promotes parasympathetic nervous system activity, easing muscle spasms and pain perception.
- Clinical Effects: Relieves muscular tension, promotes systemic relaxation, improves nerve-muscle communication.
Carrier Oils:
Grapeseed Oil
- Lightweight, rich in Linoleic Acid and Antioxidants, supports transdermal absorption and skin barrier repair
MCT Oil
- Medium-chain triglycerides enable rapid dermal delivery of active compounds into deeper tissues
Mechanistic Summary Table
