• Frequency: 2–3 times per day; last dose 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Method: Roll onto the target area and gently massage in a circular motion for 30 seconds.

For Skin or Scalp Health

• Application Sites: Directly onto the affected area (e.g., eczema, dandruff patches).
• Frequency: 1–2 times daily.
• Method: Roll on and massage gently into scalp or skin; for hair/scalp, leave on for at least 30 minutes before washing (or overnight if tolerated).
