Athlete’s foot is a fungal infection that usually begins between the toes. It often occurs in people whose feet have become sweaty while wearing thight fitting shoes.

Symptom:

The infection is contagious and can be spread by contaminated towels, floors or clothing; it can also spread to the toenails, hands, groin and other parts of the body.

Some common symptoms of athlete’s foot include a scaly rash that can cause itching; burning and stinging; thickened yellowing toenails; cracking open flex; and foot odor. The best way to treat athlete’s foot is with an anti-fungal essential oil blend.

Research – a 2013 study found that oregano oil has anti-microbial activity and can be used for the treatment of bacteria, viruses and fungal infections.

Protocol:

 

Topically apply the Athlete’s Foot Roll-on, Natural Healing Foot Balm twice daily, morning and evening. you can also apply the Funky Fungi Blend underneath the foot and do a proper Parasite Cleanse twice a year.

Athlete’s foot bath – add 30 drops of Tea Tree 5ml 10ml to a footbath and soak your feet for 10 minutes. After soaking and thoroughly drying your feet, massage a few drops of the tea tree oil directly onto the affected area.

Supplement with garlic – a compound in garlic known as ajoene is especially effective against the fungus that causes athlete’s foot .

Grapefruit seed oil – spray or apply to your feet and let it fully dry – it can also be left on overnight.
