Application Zones
Women: Lower abdomen (ovarian/uterine region), lower back
(sacral area), inner ankles (uterine reflex points).
Men: Lower abdomen, inner thighs (inguinal area), lower back
(lumbar region).
Frequency
Twice daily: Morning and evening.
Preferably apply after shower for optimal absorption.
Method
Roll onto clean skin over target areas.
Massage gently in a circular motion to stimulate microcirculation
and lymphatic activation.
For fertility cycle optimization, women may start application from
menstruation through ovulation phase
