IMPORTANT TO KNOW

All our blend’s come in a 30ml glass bottle, with a glass pipette and a rubber bulb on top. Don’t forget to buy empty veggie capsules when purchasing an ingestible blend. (Our veggie capsules are now available in 90’s and 150’s).

Never pre-fill capsules for future use, as this will compromise the veggie capsule and melt. Instead, always fill the capsules just before drinking it. (But if no other option, only prepare up to 3 days’ supply. You MUST then keep them upright in the refrigerator in a marked container; to know which blend it is filled with.)

Method – open the veggie capsule, then open your blend, squeeze and release the rubber bulb to draw the oil blend up into the glass pipette dropper. Then gently squeeze the rubber bulb to fill the larger part of the open capsule. Close the capsule before drinking it. Dosage is always a full capsule of a specific blend (between 15 to 18 drops).

If you have to drink more than one capsule a day, spread them throughout the day, never more than two capsules at a time. Spreading the capsules throughout the day assists the body with proper absorption. Always good to have a very small snack/fruit before drinking capsules.

DETOX BLEND 30ML

Active Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:

1. Frankincense
Frankincense has potent anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating properties. On a cellular level, it helps promote apoptosis (programmed cell death) in unhealthy cells, aiding the detoxification of dysfunctional tissues. It also supports liver function by reducing oxidative stress and promoting the breakdown of toxins via hepatic pathways.
2. Grapefruit
Rich in antioxidants, grapefruit oil supports the liver’s phase I and phase II detoxification pathways. It aids in neutralizing free radicals and enhances the production of detoxifying enzymes. The monoterpene limonene found in grapefruit oil is particularly effective at promoting the breakdown of fat-soluble toxins and enhancing bile production for better digestion and excretion.
3. Juniperberry
Juniperberry is a diuretic, stimulating kidney function and improving the elimination of toxins through urine. It helps to flush out excess fluids, waste products, and uric acid, reducing the load on the liver and enhancing overall detoxification. Juniperberry also supports the lymphatic system, aiding in the removal of cellular waste and promoting immune health.
4. Peppermint
Peppermint oil aids in gastrointestinal detoxification by promoting bile secretion and improving digestion, which facilitates the removal of waste products from the body. Its menthol content relaxes the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, promoting better peristalsis (intestinal movement), which is crucial for effective elimination of toxins via the colon.
5. Lemon
Lemon oil is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which support liver function and protect cells from oxidative damage during detoxification. It stimulates the production of bile, aiding in the digestion and excretion of fat-soluble toxins, and assists in phase II detoxification, where toxins are made water-soluble for easier elimination.
6. Fennel
Fennel oil has carminative properties, supporting the digestive system by reducing bloating and promoting the elimination of toxins through the colon. Fennel also enhances liver function by stimulating bile production and boosting the metabolism of fats and other waste products.
7. Rosemary
Rosemary oil promotes healthy liver function by enhancing detoxification pathways and increasing the breakdown of toxic substances in the body. It contains antioxidants such as carnosic acid and rosmarinic acid, which reduce oxidative stress and protect liver cells from damage. Rosemary also supports the metabolism of fat-soluble toxins.
8. Clove
Clove oil is a potent antioxidant and antimicrobial agent, supporting immune function and aiding in the breakdown of harmful pathogens that could overload the body’s detoxification systems. The eugenol in clove stimulates liver enzymes that aid in the breakdown of harmful substances, making them easier for the body to excrete.
9. Olive Oil
Olive oil acts as a carrier and enhances the absorption of the essential oils in the blend. It supports the digestive system, promoting the excretion of bile and toxins. Olive oil’s fatty acids also support cell membrane integrity, aiding in the proper transport and elimination of toxic substances.

DETOX BLEND 30ML

The Detox Blend is designed to support the body’s natural detoxification pathways, promoting efficient elimination of toxins, supporting organ function, and restoring overall health. It is ideal for individuals seeking to cleanse their body systems from environmental pollutants, chemicals, and metabolic waste, and for those looking to support liver and kidney health.

Biological and Biochemical Detoxification Process: The body’s detoxification system involves several organs, including the liver, kidneys, lungs, and skin, as well as metabolic pathways that process and eliminate toxins. The liver is central to detoxification, breaking down harmful substances through a two-phase process:

• Phase I Detoxification involves the enzymatic breakdown of toxins, making them more reactive but sometimes more toxic. Antioxidants like those in lemon, grapefruit, and rosemary oils neutralize these reactive intermediates, preventing cellular damage.
• Phase II Detoxification converts these reactive toxins into water-soluble forms that can be excreted via urine or bile. Ingredients such as fennel, rosemary, and lemon oil enhance this phase by increasing the production of detoxifying enzymes and promoting bile flow.

The Kidney and Lymphatic Role: The kidneys filter waste products from the blood, and diuretic oils like Juniperberry enhance this process by increasing urine production and flushing out toxins. The lymphatic system is responsible for transporting the cellular waste, and oils like Juniperberry and frankincense support lymphatic drainage, improving the overall detox process.

Indications:

• Liver and kidney detox support.
• Relief from environmental toxin exposure.
• Enhanced digestion and bile flow.
• Support for lymphatic drainage.
• Improved immune function and reduction of oxidative stress.

Who Can Use It: This blend is suitable for those seeking to support their body’s natural detoxification processes. It may be especially beneficial for individuals exposed to high levels of environmental toxins, those with compromised liver or kidney function, or anyone looking to reset their system after illness or stress.
