Hi Lechi, hope you well. You have been an incredible blessing to my husband and I. We both part of your August group. I had been through a very traumatic time with the loss of my mom. And, my body was in a state of inflammation, my hormones were completely out of balance and I was just not feeling 100%. I was seeking God on a solution as I was having reoccurring bacterial vaginitis. And, the meds the doctor had prescribed did not completely clear it. I was feeling completely discouraged. I was seeking God for answers and just guidance to overcome these challenges. And, really wanted his peace to reign in my heart again. I came across a social media post that Alette had posted on her journey and the Holy Spirit impressed on my heart to join your group. I had numerous confirmations along the way that this was where the Lord was leading me. My aim with the detox was not to lose weight, but to realign and to give my body the nourishment it needed to heal itself. I also wanted the spiritual side of the detox, as my relationship with God had been rocked with the trauma and things I had gone through over the last 2 years due to the loss of my mom.
