I have done the first exodus experience, and are still sticking to the basics. It has given me so much wisdom in choices. I battled with constipation before and also during the forty days but as Lechi said trust the process and now I am regular !! I am still amazed at it!!
I have so much more energy and feel so good and can cope with my very busy schedule.
The Lord is good and has restored so much in my body, small things like joint stiffness, no puffy eyes and less wrinkles 🤩 my immunity is so strong I am working with children and even if they are sick I stay healthy 🙏🏻🙏🏻
