40 DAY EXODUS BODY RESET

I’ve been on the Exodus experience for just over 40 days now. I am 49 years old and started the experience with a few chronic conditions that I have aquired over the years from living the good life with quite a few bad habits. The most prominent is Insulin Resistance, Hashimotos, Hypertention, high cholstrol Reflux, gout, and according to my BMI severe obesity. Oh and of course now menopause as a bonus.

I followed the plan and did not excersise, since my energy levels were rather low at the start. I purchased the detox tea, living waters essential oil and mineral infusion. I drink a lot of water and must say these helped when I felt dehydrated from loosing electrolytes.

By day 20, Ive lost more than 5kg. I felt much better with not having to take any pain medication, which in the past was part of a daily habit. Menopause hot flashes have mostly dissapeared. Adult acne is gone. Sleeping better.
By day 40 I have lost 10 kg and decided to do another 40 days, since I have alot more weight to loose.
I went for a routine checkup and my blood tests came back with the best results Ive had in years.
My dr is really supportive and impressed with the eating plan -alot of what we are doing was recommended by her over the years, but I guess I was not ready yet.

Busy weaning off chronic meds (hypertention, high cholestrol, Insulin Resistance) Underactive Thyroid blood tests normal for 1st time in years! Clear mind. No bloating or heartburn. Lost 10kg, I’m enjoying cooking again. Having healthy family meals. Grace & patience in relationships, where previously I had lost hope. Saving since no take away bills. I can really recommend this. I have started my 40 day V2 and looking forward to more break throughs, spiritually and health wise. Every kg I loose is a bonus the other benefits are amazing! This is the 1st time I managed to stick with a plan.
