My wife first joined The Exodus Experience in August 2025, and I decided to follow her 40 days later in September. My wife has struggled with her weight since she was a little girl. She has been on numerous diets, but nothing ever seemed to last. Being a health professional in Biokinetics herself, I’ve never seen her this excited about something that truly made a difference — not only physically, but also emotionally and spiritually.
She has now completed two rounds and is currently busy with her third. To date, she has lost a total of *22 kg over 80 days* and still has another 10 kg to go. But what’s most encouraging is that, for the first time, she knows she’s found a long-term solution. Recently, my father had to undergo his second major heart operation, and we’ve seen so many people — friends our age and older — struggling with cancer and other serious illnesses. It made me realize that I, too, was heading down a dangerous path health-wise. I’ve suffered from heartburn and reflux since a very young age — every single day for over 20 years.
Since starting The Exodus Experience, I’ve lost *13 kg in just 40 days*, and I haven’t had a single day of heartburn or reflux since. Emotionally and spiritually, I feel renewed. My stress levels were extremely high before, but now I’ve learned to manage them in a healthier way.
Having a daughter entering high school and a son on the autism spectrum, it’s so important to us to live healthily — not just for ourselves, but for them. We want to ensure they never have to stand beside us at a young age as we face open-heart surgery or cancer treatments. That has become our biggest motivation.
