I have never been able to diet as I enjoy food way too much. However, over the years my weight climbed steadily to 86kgs. I felt uncomfortable in my own body.
This eating plan has truly been life changing and the main difference is that you pray over us each and every day, and God has heard and answered. Without His help and your faithfulness in prayer, I would not have been able to sustain this stringent eating plan. I’m now on day 49 and getting victory every day.
