Detox testimony

I was a size 8 girl for most of my adult life. In my 5 pregnancies, I picked up alot of weight but always bounced back to a size 8. I was disciplined, trained hard and felt good in my skin.

I went through alot of trauma including a nervous breakdown in 2016 that left me unable to exercise anymore and constant migraines and chronic fatigue that was quite paralyzing. Slowly but surely the discipline turned Into emotional eating to cope with the chronic pain and fatigue.

In 2021, I went through a round of IVF and soon found my weight climbing. Add some more trauma to that and in 2025 I was shocked to see the scale showing 12kg heavier with no energy or motivation to help myself.

Holy Spirit spoke to me clearly about the importance of taking care of His temple (my body) and taking back the years that I was robbed of energy and struggling with debilitating pain and fatigue.

I saw the first round of The Exodus Experience and new I had to do it but I didn’t. The second round came and I was on it. Completely unsure of how I would actually pull it off being in the place I was but God!!! I said yes and I stepped into the grace needed to get myself back.

It did not come easy. It cost me everything to surrender emotional eating and to commit to Holy Spirit to change where I was at.

The Exodus Experience has been a game changer for me!! The daily prayer and encouragement and the incredible wisdom and knowledge Lechi provided daily for us to understand our bodies and being able to take action was absolutely priceless.

I did 3 rounds of 40 days. I had many layers of trauma to work through and I did it diligently with great commitment. Yes, I had alot of detox symptoms and doing the parasite cleanse was hard but I am a new person!!!

I went from being unable to exercise to exercising daily and getting stronger and stronger. My chronic pain is so much more manageable and my energy levels are much better!! I don’t walk in a trauma fog anymore and have come to great peace over things that kept me imprisoned in my mind, body and soul.

I have many witnesses to my transformation! The one that has impacted me the greatest is when a teacher told me that being a witness to how radiant, light and free I have become in my being has inspired her to go after her own health journey. The weightloss has been a MASSIVE BONUS AND I AM SO GRATEFUL but the inner transformation as I let go of trauma and allowed God to fill those spaces has been the biggest victory of my choice to surrender and follow what Holy Spirit instructed me to do.

It is worth every sacrifice and every detox symptom. I am going after longevity and I hope my testimony helps you to say yes to your own journey to health and inner well-being.
