Refunds & Return Policy

At Hadassah Healing Oils, we pride ourselves on the quality, purity, and care that goes into every product we produce and dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and in alignment with best practices for product integrity, safety, and customer fairness, we apply the following refund and return policy:


1. No Returns for Incorrect or Unwanted Orders

We do not accept returns for products ordered in error by the customer or in cases where the customer has changed their mind after purchase. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Wanting to exchange one product for another

Due to the high risk of tampering, product contamination, and fraudulent returns (e.g. contents being replaced with non-original substances such as olive oil), it is not feasible or safe for us to accept returned consumables. For the protection of all our clients, once a product has left our facility, we cannot reintroduce it into our inventory or resell it.


2. Errors on Our Side

If Hadassah Healing Oils sends an incorrect item, we take full responsibility. Please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost

  • If needed, request the incorrect product to be returned (we will cover the cost of return shipping)

  • Only issue replacements once confirmation is received, and the returned item (if applicable) is received in original condition and packaging


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by sending an email to [insert support email] along with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging it arrived in

  • The shipping label

We will assess the case and, if verified, offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note the following cannot be refunded or replaced:

  • Products reported as damaged or incorrect after 7 calendar days

  • Opened, used, or tampered products unless deemed faulty by us

  • Any products not purchased directly from www.hadassahhealingoils.com or our verified distributors

  • Gift cards or promotional items


5. Delivery Issues

We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failure to collect from a collection point, the cost of re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.


6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. If you contact us immediately after placing the order (and before dispatch), we will do our best to assist, but no guarantees can be made once an order has been queued for shipping.


7. Discretionary Exceptions

We reserve the right to consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, solely at our discretion. In such cases, any agreed-upon returns will require the item to be unopened, sealed, and returned at the buyer’s expense before a resolution is issued.
