Restoring of the DNA of the Bride

Condition:

Postnatal Postpartum Depression

Definition:

Due to all the new responsibilities of having a baby on top of all the crazy hormonal changes during the postpartum period, postpartum depression is a concern we really have to take into account.

Symptom:

Symptoms include sadness, changes in sleeping and eating patterns, low energy, anxiety, and irritability. Typically, the condition develops within 4 to 6 weeks after giving birth, but can sometimes take several months to appear. It is not known why PPD occurs. However, depression is not a sign that you do not love your new arrival, as some mothers fear. It is a psycho-logical disorder that can be effectively treated, with the help of support groups, counselling and essential oils.

Using essential oils aromatically can help support a new mom experiencing postpartum depression. Essential oils that can help include bergamot, clary sage, frankincense, rose geranium, grapefruit, mandarin, neroli, patchouli, rose, tangerine, vetiver and ylang ylang.

Description:

Protocol:

Diffuse (see below) throughout the night, while sleeping, 5 drops each, Trauma Blend (for diffuser) Depression/Anxiety Blend (for diffuser).

Diffuse during the day, 5 drops, Joy Blend.

Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops in total, at a time, unless otherwise advised.

NOTE: Always use an ultrasonic diffuser (with a diffusing duration of at least 8 hours), to diffuse pure essential oils. Do not use a humidifier, air purifier, or a candle, as they only smell good and have no further effect. An electric, ultrasonic, diffuser dispenses essential oils into the air through vibrations of a plate which causes ultrasonic waves, creating microscopic particles of oils that disperse into the air. It, therefore, breaks open the essential oil volatile molecules, to have a medicinal effect in that it can penetrate through the blood-brain barrier. It is always good to use a diffuser at night while you are sleeping.
