Mouth Ulcers

Definition:

Mouth ulcers are painful sores that appear in the mouth. Although they’re uncomfortable, they’re usually harmless and mostly clear up by themselves, within a week or two.

Symptom:

The symptoms of a mouth ulcer depend on the cause, but may include:
-One or more painful sores on part of the skin lining the mouth
-Swollen skin around the sores
-Problems with chewing or tooth brushing because of the tenderness
-Irritation of the sores by salty, spicy or sour foods
-Loss of appetite

Protocol:

Rinse the mouth twice a day, for 10 minutes at a time, with the Myrrh Mouth Rinse 100ml. Don’t do it vigorously since you’ll be doing it for far longer than you are used to and your jaw will get tired. Gently swirl the oil around your mouth and suck it through the spaces between your teeth. Make sure not to swallow any of it.

OR

Follow the Oil Pulling Mouth Healer technique, once a day.

Oil Pulling Method

Use oil pulling mouth healer to swish for about 5 minutes (gradually work up to 10 or 20 minutes) once a day, 1 tablespoon. Don’t do it vigorously since you’ll be doing it for far longer than you are used to and your jaw will get tired. Gently swirl the oil around your mouth and suck it through the spaces between your teeth. Make sure not to swallow any of it. When finished, spit the oil in the dustbin. Don’t spit it in the sink because when the oil thickens after cooling, it may clog up your pipes.

Apply a drop of the Cell Rejuvenation directly onto the ulcer/s, 3 times a day.
