Definition:
Erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence, is the inability to get and maintain an erection.

Also drink one capsule, once a day of the Erectile Dysfunction Support; also apply a few drops over the testes and between the legs.
If you have to drink more than one capsule a day, spread them over the course of the day, never more than two capsules at a time. Spreading the capsules throughout the day assists the body with proper absorption. Always good to have a very small snack/fruit before drinking capsules.
Supplement: L-arginine helps with blood vessel dilation and improves blood flow. Take 1000 milligrams, twice a day. Vitamin D3 supports hormone and testosterone production. Take 5000 milligrams, once or twice a day.
