Burning Legs

Definition:

A burning sensation in your legs may have an obvious explanation, like a leg injury or during or after intense exercise.

It could also be the result of damage or exposure to extreme heat, cold, or a toxic substance.

A burning feeling in your legs can often be accompanied by: paraesthesia (tingling).

Symptom:

Burning legs is a symptom on its own. Depending on the underlying cause, you may experience some other symptoms along with a burning sensation.

However, the burning sensation in legs is often accompanied by numbness and a tingling feeling called paresthesia. Other than these, some other symptoms associated with burning legs include:

  • Throbbing pain that might also feel like muscle cramps
  • Redness around the affected area on your leg
  • Visible swelling
  • Itchiness
  • Heaviness as you step
  • Ulceration

Burning Legs

Topically apply the Burning Legs blend over the lower spine (10-15 drops), underneath the feet (5-10 drops), and over the affected leg area/s as needed.

To further support blood flow in the legs the following:

Drink 1 capsule 90 150 Blood Flow Support Ingestible Blend, once a day after a meal or a small snack.

Healing Herbs

Supplement by drinking 2 capsules twice a day of the Circulation and Heart.

In addition

Drink 1 capsule 90 150 Cinnamon Blend, once a day.

To further increase blood flow to the legs you can topically apply the Legs and Blood Flow blend, but be cautious to not use too much of this blend as it contains cinnamon which is a hot oil and it may cause skin sensitivity.  Further, dilute if skin sensitivity occurs or use every second day.
