Bronchitis Protocol

Bronchitis is an infection of the main airways of the lungs (bronchi), causing them to become irritated and inflamed.

Symptom:

The main symptom is a cough, which may bring up yellow-grey mucus (phlegm). Bronchitis may also cause a sore throat and wheezing.

Other symptoms of bronchitis are similar to those of other infections, such as the common cold or sinusitis, and may include:

-sore throat
-headache
-runny or blocked nose
-aches and pains
-tiredness

If you have bronchitis, your cough may last for several weeks after other symptoms have gone. You may also find that continual coughing makes your chest and stomach muscles sore.

Some people may experience shortness of breath or wheezing, due to inflamed airways. However, this is more common with long-term (chronic) bronchitis.

Long-term (chronic) bronchitis
Chronic bronchitis is often known as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

The symptoms of COPD can include:

-wheezing
-increasing breathlessness when exercising or moving around
-a persistent cough that brings up mucus (phlegm)
-frequent chest infections

The symptoms are often worse in the winter, and it is common to have two or more flare-ups a year. A flare-up is when your symptoms are particularly bad.

Protocol:

Topically apply 20-25 drops of the Chest Blend 50ml 100ml over the lungs, twice a day.

Diffuse (see below) 2-3 drops each of the Breath Support Blend and Covid Steam. Diffuse 2 drops each of the Cedarwood 5ml 10ml, Eucalyptus 5ml 10ml, Frankincense 5ml 10ml, Thyme 5ml 10ml as needed during the day and night while sleeping.

Use MZN 1 teaspoon twice daily. Viral C Plus Capsules two capsules 3 times daily. Lungs and Sinus Herbal Capsules 2 capsules 3 times daily. Can also spray Lungs and Sinus Tincture 3 sprays 3 times daily.

Drink 1 capsule, each, once a day; Natural Antibiotic and DNA Protector.

Always spread capsules over the course of the day, if you have to ingest many, not more than two capsules at a time. Spreading the capsules throughout the day assists the body with proper absorption. Always good to have a very small snack/fruit before drinking capsules.

Steam with 2-5 drops of the Covid Steam for 5 minutes daily.

Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops in total, at a time.

NOTE: Always use an ultrasonic diffuser (with a diffusing duration of at least 8 hours), to diffuse pure essential oils. Do not use a humidifier, air purifier, or a candle, as they only smell good and have no further effect. An electric, ultrasonic, diffuser dispenses essential oils into the air through vibrations of a plate which causes ultrasonic waves, creating microscopic particles of oils that disperse into the air. It, therefore, breaks open the essential oil volatile molecules, to have a medicinal effect in that it can penetrate through the blood-brain barrier. It is always good to use a diffuser at night while you are sleeping.

Steam Method

Add 3-4 drops (or as otherwise indicated) of essential oil/diffuser blend to boiling water in a large pot or heatproof bowl. Immediately after adding the essential oil, cover the bowl with a large bath towel to avoid molecules from escaping into the air. Place your face above the bowl underneath the towel, not too close to avoid the steam from burning your skin, inhale the hot steam through your nose for no more than two minutes at a time and for a total of approximately 10 minutes.
