Condition:

Angioedema

Definition:

Angioedema is the swelling of the deeper layers of the skin, caused by a build-up of fluid.

Symptom:

The symptoms of angioedema can affect any part of the body, but swelling usually affects the:

  • eyes
  • lips
  • genitals
  • hands
  • feet

Many people with angioedema also experience urticaria (hives). This is a raised, red and itchy rash that appears on the skin.

Description:

The cause of angioedema depends on the type you have. There are 4 main types of angioedema:

  • allergic angioedema – the swelling is caused by an allergic reaction, such as a reaction to peanuts, and sometimes occurs in combination with anaphylaxis
  • idiopathic angioedema – there is no known cause for the swelling (although certain factors, such as stress or infection, may trigger the symptoms)
  • drug-induced angioedema – the swelling is a side effect of certain medications, most often angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors
  • hereditary angioedema – the swelling is caused by “faulty” genes that are inherited from a person’s parents.

Protocol:

Angioedema

Drink 1 capsule 90 150 each, once a day of the Allergy Blend and DNA Protector Blend.

To assist with swelling and water build-up also drink 1 capsule, once a day of the Water Retention Blend.

If you have to drink more than one capsule a day, spread them over the course of the day, never more than two capsules at a time. Spreading the capsules throughout the day assists the body with proper absorption. Always good to have a very small snack/fruit before drinking capsules.

Apply Legs and Blood Flow over legs and feet.

Omega-3 – is beneficial for lowering inflammation.

Turmeric and Black Pepper – this combination helps improve blood flow and reduces inflammation.

Massage – mix 2 drops each of Cypress 5ml 10ml and Juniper 5ml 10ml with equal parts of coconut oil and massage the mixture into inflamed areas, twice a day.
