Application Zones:

• Across the bridge of the nose (external application only).
• Sides of the nose (overlying the nasal arteries).
• Underneath the nostrils externally (not inside).
• Gently over the cheekbone area to support local lymphatic drainage.

Frequency:

• Apply at first sign of a nosebleed externally.
• Use daily as preventive care if prone to frequent nosebleeds, especially in dry environments or allergy seasons.
• Reapply up to 3 times daily in vulnerable periods (e.g., cold, allergy season).

Method:

• Roll gently onto external skin only (do not insert into nostrils)
• Massage lightly to facilitate microvascular absorption
• Breathe calmly through the nose after application to assist parasympathetic calming
