HOW TO USE MMS TO WASH FOOD

MMS can be used as a produce cleansing solution to reduce microbial contamination.

Instructions:

1. Activate:
   • 5-10 drops Part A + 2–3 drops Part B
2. Add to a bowl of clean water (approx. 1–2 liters)
3. Place fruits and vegetables into the solution
4. Soak for 10-30minutes
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before consumption

This process helps cleanse the surface of produce
Especially useful for non-organic fruits and vegetables

DETOX BATH USAGE

MMS can be used externally in a bath as part of a detox-support routine.

Instructions:

1. Activate:
   • 20 drops Part A + 20 drops Part B
2. Allow activation for 30 seconds
3. Add to a warm bath (not hot)
4. Soak for 20–30 minutes

Frequency:

• 2–3 times per week

Supports skin cleansing and general detox processes

 DETOX ENEMA (COLON SUPPORT)

Instructions:

1. Activate:
   • 10 drops Part A + 10 drops Part B
2. Wait 30 seconds
3. Add to 1 liter lukewarm purified water
4. Administer as a retention enema
5. Hold for 5–15 minutes

Frequency:

• 1–3 times per week (not daily)

Used for colon cleansing support
Always ensure hydration and proper detox support alongside use

IMPORTANT WARNINGS

• Never use MMSundiluted or unactivated
• Do not inhale concentrated vapors
• Avoid use duringpregnancy or breastfeeding unless guided
• Keep out of reach of children
• Always start with low concentrations
• Discontinue if severe discomfort occurs

Detox reactions such as:

• Headache
• Nausea
• Fatigue

may occur and indicate the need to reduce dosage

 WHAT NOT TO USE WITH MMS

MMS should not be combined with substances that neutralize its activity, including:

• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
• Citrus juices (lemon, orange, etc.)
• Antioxidant supplements or Coffee
• Herbal antioxidants taken at the same time

These substances reduce or cancel the oxidative effect of MMS

Always separate MMS from these by at least 1–2 hours
