Application Zones
• Upper chest.
• Upper back (especially between shoulder blades).
• Sides of the neck and under the jaw (for lymphatic drainage and
sinus support).

• Bottoms of the feet (for nighttime support and systemic delivery).
Frequency
• 2–4 times per day, depending on severity.
• Best used after a warm shower or before bedtime to open airways.
Method
• Shake gently. Roll directly onto the skin in circular motions over
chest and back.
• Massage in with fingertips to encourage lymphatic movement
and absorption.
• Apply under loose clothing to allow inhalation via natural vapors.

We suggest using the Chest Blend Roll-on with our 100 ml Chest
Blend topically if needed, Breath Support diffuser oil, Lungs and
Sinus herbal capsules and tincture were needed.

Not for use on face, eyes, mucous membranes, or for internal
consumption. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Always perform a patch test before first use, to ensure no allergic
reaction occurs. Apply a small amount of the roll-on to a discrete
skin area.
Avoid during the first trimester of pregnancy and while
breastfeeding (contains peppermint).
Keep out of children’s reach.
