Desktop Browsers
Google Chrome (Windows & Mac)
Open Chrome.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select More tools → Clear browsing data.
Choose “All time” in the Time Range dropdown.
Check “Cached images and files” (you can uncheck other items if you don’t want to delete browsing history).
Click “Clear data”.
Restart Chrome and check the website again.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox.
Click the menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings → Privacy & Security.
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data.
Check “Cached Web Content” (uncheck cookies if you want to keep them).
Click Clear and restart Firefox.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select “Cached images and files”.
Click Clear now.
Restart Edge.
Safari (Mac)
Open Safari.
Click Safari in the top menu bar.
Select Preferences → Privacy.
Click Manage Website Data.
Select Remove All, then confirm.
Restart Safari.
Mobile Browsers
Chrome (Android & iPhone)
Open Chrome.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮).
Go to Settings → Privacy and Security.
Tap Clear browsing data.
Choose “All time”.
Check “Cached images and files”.
Tap Clear data.
Samsung Internet (Android)
Open the Samsung Internet browser.
Tap the menu (☰) in the bottom-right corner.
Select Settings → Privacy and security.
Tap Delete browsing data.
Select “Cached images and files”.
Tap Delete
Safari (iPhone & iPad)
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Tap Clear History and Website Data.
Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.
