I am very grateful to the Lord for leading me to take this product. I am 76 yrs old and was very weak from battling health issues, my nails and hair had literally stopped growing and my nails were split. After using the product for a while, my nails are beautifully strong, no more splitting, my hair is growing again and I feel stronger. There are 120 capsules per bottle. I take 2 per day so it lasts for 2 months and price wise it works out very well compared to other multivits.
