Application Zones:

Across the bridge of the nose (external application only).
Sides of the nose (overlying the nasal arteries).
Underneath the nostrils externally (not inside).
Gently over the cheekbone area to support local lymphatic drainage.

Frequency:

Apply at first sign of a nosebleed externally.
Use daily as preventive care if prone to frequent nosebleeds, especially in dry environments or allergy seasons.
