Condition:

Stomach Flu or Bug

Definition:

An intestinal infection marked by diarrhoea, cramps, nausea, vomiting, and fever.

Stomach flu is typically spread by contact with an infected person or through contaminated food or water.

Diarrhoea, cramps, nausea, vomiting, and low-grade fever are common symptoms.

Avoiding contaminated food and water and washing hands can often help prevent infection. Rest and rehydration are the mainstays of treatment.

Symptom:

Usually self-diagnosable.

Diarrhoea, cramps, nausea, vomiting, and low-grade fever are common symptoms.

People may experience:

  • Pain in the abdomen.
  • Gastrointestinal: diarrhoea, stomach cramps, belching, gagging, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, or flatulence.
  • Whole body: chills, dehydration, fatigue, fever, lethargy, light-headedness, or loss of appetite.
  • Also common: fast heart rate, headache, insufficient urine production, weakness, or weight loss.

Description:

Protocol:

Drink 2 capsules Diatome, 3 times a day for 3 days to assist with diarrhoea.

Drink 1 capsule Gut Cleanse in the morning after eating a small snack or breakfast.

In addition, you can also drink 1 capsule Natural Antibiotic in the afternoon after a small snack, for up to 5 days.

Topically apply 3 drops, Peppermint 5ml 10ml over the stomach and inhale (see below) as needed.

In addition you can also take 1 teaspoon, MZN 150g 450g, twice a day; swallow the MZN, as you would swallow yogurt.

Inhale Method
Drip 2-3 drops of suggested essential oil or as otherwise directed, into the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules (rubbing will evaporate the oil), cup your hands around your mouth and nose, and deeply inhale.

Avoiding contaminated food and water and washing hands always after using the toilet may  assist to prevent  infection. Rest and rehydration are the mainstays of treatment.
