Restoring of the DNA of the Bride

Pregnancy Supplementation

When you’re pregnant, you need more, specific nutrients, including protein, folate, iodine, iron, and some vitamins.
Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D are also particularly important since they support the development of the baby’s nervous system (B12) and skeleton (D).

Pregnancy Supplementation

To improve foetal brain development, the following can be considered:

Diffuse (see below) 1 drop of each, Cedarwood 5ml 10ml, Frankincense 5ml 10ml, in addition also, Sandalwood 5ml 10ml, and Vetiver 5ml 10ml, throughout the night while sleeping.

Studies have also shown that taking Frankincense internally, also helps improve foetal brain development. You can drink 1 capsule of Frankincense Blend daily or instead add 2 drops of Frankincense 5ml  10ml to an empty capsule and fill it up with carrier oil. Drink with a full glass of water.

Refer to the blogs on our website regarding Pregnancy where we discuss the different trimesters and products that are safe to use in more detail.

Diffusing whilst pregnant is a safe way to incorporate oils  for various conditions, for example, memory, depression, anxiety, and sleep problems (read more about the various pure oils and diffuser blends available on the website for your specific need – refer to the different product categories on the left)

Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops at a time, unless otherwise advised.
NOTE: Always use an ultrasonic diffuser infinityrose, or vase (with a diffusing duration of at least 8 hours), to diffuse pure essential oils. Do not use a humidifier, air purifier, or a candle, as they only smell good and have no further effect.

An electric, ultrasonic, diffuser dispenses essential oils into the air through vibrations of a plate which causes ultrasonic waves, creating microscopic particles of oils that disperse into the air. It, therefore, breaks open the essential oil volatile molecules, to have a medicinal effect in that it can penetrate through the blood-brain barrier. Using a diffuser at night while you are sleeping is always good.

It is important to eat naturally, remember everything you eat will affect the foetus. Cut out all colorants, flavorings, preservatives, processed foods, sugar, too much caffeine, and alcohol.

Protein is crucial for your baby’s growth throughout pregnancy. Good sources: Lean meat, poultry, seafood, and eggs are great sources of protein. Other options include beans and peas, nuts, seeds, and soy products.

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential for a baby’s brain development. Make certain you include foods that have a good content of omega 3, such as fish, soybeans, and spinach, in your diet. Also, iron found in leafy vegetables, like spinach, helps the flow of oxygen to the baby’s brain cells.

The most active period of baby brain development takes place during the middle of the second trimester when 250, 000 neurons are created every minute.

Folic Acid

Ideally, you’ll begin taking extra folic acid at least 3 months before you become pregnant. Iron supports the development of the placenta and foetus. Iron helps your body make blood to supply oxygen to the fetus. Iron also helps prevent anaemia, a condition in which blood has a low number of healthy red blood cells.
