Restoring of the DNA of the Bride

Condition:

PMS Premenstrual Syndrome

Definition:

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a group of symptoms linked to the menstrual cycle.

Symptom:

These symptoms include mood swings, bloating, acne, tender breasts, food cravings, fatigue, headache, irritability, and depression. It’s estimated that as many as three of every four menstruating women have experienced some form of PMS.

Symptoms may start a week or two before the period and can be mild to severe.

Changes in hormones during the menstrual cycle seem to be an important cause; chemical changes in the brain may also be involved.

Stress and emotional problems do not seem to cause PMS, but they may make it worse. About 3 to 8 percent of women have a more severe form of PMS, called premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), which can be debilitating. The good news is that if you improve your diet, manage stress, and implement natural remedies, you can experience significant improvements in the symptoms associated with PMS.

Description:

Protocol:

Drink 1 capsule, Hormone Balance, once a day.

Diffuse (see below) during this time, during the day if possible or while sleeping, diffuser blends; Joy, Stress and/or Depression and Anxiety (for diffuser), as needed.

Topically apply the Pain Blend 100ml (do not ingest) over effected area to manage pain.

PMS ease – to reduce symptoms of PMS, rub 2 to 3 drops of Clary Sage 5ml 10ml on your abdomen and apply a warm compress for 5 minutes.

Vitamin B- Complex – vitamin B6 and other B Vitamins are involved in estrogen metabolism.

Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops in total, at a time, unless otherwise advised.

NOTE: Always use an ultrasonic diffuser (with a diffusing duration of at least 8 hours), to diffuse pure essential oils. Do not use a humidifier, air purifier, or a candle, as they only smell good and have no further effect. An electric, ultrasonic, diffuser dispenses essential oils into the air through vibrations of a plate which causes ultrasonic waves, creating microscopic particles of oils that disperse into the air. It, therefore, breaks open the essential oil volatile molecules, to have a medicinal effect in that it can penetrate through the blood-brain barrier. It is always good to use a diffuser at night while you are sleeping.
