Nosebleeds can be frightening, but they aren’t usually a sign of anything serious and can often be treated at home.
The medical name for a nosebleed is epistaxis.
During a nosebleed, blood flows from one or both nostrils. It can be heavy or light and last from a few seconds to 15 minutes or more.
The signs and symptoms of a nosebleed include:
Apply the Nosebleed Roller over the bridge of the nose and the neck.
OR
Apply a drop of Cypress 5ml 10ml, over the nose and inhale (see below).
Inhale Method – Drip 2-3 drops of suggested essential oil or as otherwise directed, into the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules (rubbing will evaporate the oil), cup your hands around your mouth and nose, and deeply inhale.
