Restoring of the DNA of the Bride

Almost everyone at some stage in life has experienced nausea symptoms, that sick feeling in your stomach that often comes just before vomiting.

There are many causes of nausea, but some of the most common include :

  • pregnancy
  • food poisoning
  • motion sickness
  • flu symptoms
  • gallbladder distress
  • medications
  • migraine headaches
  • emotional stress

Morning sickness is nausea and/or vomiting that occurs during pregnancy. The timing of nausea or vomiting can sometimes indicate the cause.  For example, when it appears shortly after a meal, nausea or vomiting may be caused by food poisoning, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining), or an ulcer. If nausea leads to severe vomiting, dehydration becomes a concern.  The next time your stomach is uneasy, use essential oils for natural relief.

For nausea relief, topically apply the Nausea Blend over the neck and the chest and also inhale (see below), when needed.

For relief of motion sickness apply the Motion Sickness roll-on over the neck and also inhale, when needed.

Inhale Method

Drip 2-3 drops of suggested essential oil or as otherwise directed, into the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules (rubbing will evaporate the oil), cup your hands around your mouth and nose, and deeply inhale.

Refer to the Herbal Range – Nausea Tincture

Digestive Enzymes help the body digest macronutrients and can reduce symptoms of nausea when consumed consistently. Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with meals.

Peppermint can reduce nausea, as well as bloating and gas, and ginger is known to reduce nausea and an upset stomach.
