Definition:

Low Blood Pressure

Low blood pressure is generally considered a blood pressure
reading lower than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) for
the top number (systolic) or 60 mm Hg for the bottom number (diastolic).

– light-headedness or dizziness
– feeling sick
– blurred vision
– generally feeling weak
– confusion
– fainting

Description:

Protocol:

Low-Blood Pressure Tincture spray 5 -8 sprays in the mouth 3 x a
day or as needed.

Low-Blood Pressure Blend (30ml) – apply 5 drops over the neck and inhale. Also drink one capsule of this blend, as needed.

Topically apply 2-3 drops Rosemary Pure Oil 5ml 10ml over the neck and inhale (see below).

Inhale Method

Drip 2-3 drops of suggested essential oil or as otherwise directed, into the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules (rubbing will evaporate the oil), cup your hands around your mouth and nose, and deeply inhale.
