Topically apply, twice a day, 20 drops of the Chest Blend over the chest area.

Topically apply 5 drops of the Heart Restore Blend over the heart area, twice a day.

Inhale both Covid Steam and Breath Support Blend.

Inhale Method 

Drip 2-3 drops in the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules, rubbing will evaporate the oil, cup your hands around your mouth and nose, and deeply inhale.
