Apply over the spine, navel, and pelvis when birth pains start.

Swirl roll over the palms of your hands, rub once, cup your hands over your nose and mouth, and deeply inhale a few times.

Do not use internally.

Keep out of children’s reach.

Avoid during pregnancy, to be used during birthing process only.

It’s best to do a patch test before using it on a larger area of the skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or other discomfort occurs.

Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas, if contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Not suitable for use in a diffuser, only undiluted pure essential oils may be used in a diffuser.
