Drink 1 capsule, once a day, after a meal, as necessary.

You can use this blend twice a day for the first week, if necessary.

This blend can be used internally, in capsule form, for ages 15 and older.

If swallowing a capsule is difficult, topically apply 5 drops over the neck, as necessary, and inhale what’s left in your hands.

Keep out of children’s reach.

Avoid it during the first trimester of pregnancy and while breastfeeding (contains peppermint).

It’s best to do a patch test before using it on a larger area of the skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or other discomfort occurs.

Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas,
if contact occurs, rinse well with water.
