First, mix the essential oil with Epson salt before adding to bath water, 2-4 drops of essential oil per 1 cup of Epsom salt.

As a massage oil, combine a few drops of Aniseed Essential Oil with a carrier oil, such as almond oil, and massage it into the skin.

Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas,
if contact occurs, rinse well with water.
